Which credit cards do you accept?
At present we accept payment by PayPal. Transfers may be made by cash or credit card. We are in the process of making direct payments using Visa and Mastercard, as well as debit cards which bear the Visa or Mastercard logo. Personal checks are always accepted.

Can I cancel my application?
Yes, you can. Simply notify us by letter or e-mail. If you are within the cancellation period it may be necessary to retain some or all of your deposit, depending on the particular program.

I canceled my application but I haven't received a credit yet. How long do credits take?
We submit all requests for credits within 24 hours of receipt; however, it may take 7-10 business days for you to receive your credit. You should see this on your next credit card statement or the following one, depending on where you are in your billing cycle.

What happens if the program I want is not available?
We will notify you as soon as we are positive that we can not accommodate your wishes. In the unlikely event there is a change or delay in your program AFTER your acceptance, we will notify you via phone, postal mail or email. We know that this can be inconvenient, and we will offer you one of the following alternatives as appropriate to your situation:

Offer an ALTERNATE program of equal or greater value.

CANCEL your order and return all applicable deposits. In certain cases, circumstances arise after the submission of your application. We reserve the right to cancel your program for a full refund at any time.

How long will it take to receive confirmation?
Under normal circumstances we should be able to confirm your program with 7 to 10 days. Because we are sometimes subject to a delay caused by unavoidable circumstances abroad, we will notify you as to when you can expect a confirmation.
